This AEV HD Brush Guard is available in two exact-fit versions depending on your truck: 2024+ GMC Sierra HD or 2024+ Chevrolet Silverado HD. Both are designed for use with the AEV HD Front Bumper and focus on protecting key upper front-end areas like the grille, headlights, and radiator during real-world impacts such as wildlife strikes or road debris. Each version is shaped specifically to match the factory geometry and mounting points of its respective platform for proper integration and fitment.
- The AEV HD Brush Guard requires the AEV Front Bumper for 2024+ Sierra HD for proper installation for both Sierra and Silverado.
2024+ GMC Sierra 2500 / 3500 HD
Built specifically for Sierra HD trucks with the AEV HD Front Bumper, this version mounts directly into the bumper’s reinforced structure to help distribute impact forces instead of transferring them into the body. It uses up to 3-inch mandrel-bent tubing, a corrosion-resistant E-coat and powder coat finish, and supports up to two AEV 7000 Series lights (sold separately). It maintains full GM forward-facing camera compatibility and requires minor drilling for installation.
2024+ Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD / 3500HD
Designed for Silverado HD trucks with the AEV HD Front Bumper, this version uses the same protection concept with geometry tailored to the Silverado front end. It mounts into the bumper’s reinforced structure for better impact distribution and is built from up to 3-inch heavy-wall steel tubing with a durable corrosion-resistant finish.
