Installation starts with just putting the lights into the mounting plates. Then, if you have the "no drilling" option, take the body mounting locks that will fasten the mounting plates onto the pinch weld and space them out equally for the distance covered. Use a mallet if necessary to lock them into place. If drilling, use painter's tape to model your entire layout first. Then, find the center point and use that as the reference for all of the holes. Remember, measure twice and drill once!
