The turbo-back exhaust system mounts directly to the turbo and uses maximum-diameter, mandrel-bent tubing with reduced bend angles to optimize exhaust flow. The goal is simple: lower EGTs, reduce backpressure, improve efficiency, and unlock more torque and horsepower from your 6.0L Powerstroke.
This kit is available in two material options: T409 stainless steel and Aluminized steel.
ARMOR PLUS – MBRP’s Armor Plus Series uses rugged 16-gauge T409 stainless steel built to handle harsh conditions like salt, rocks, tar, and grime. It offers long-term durability and corrosion resistance, backed by a Lifetime Warranty.
ARMOR LITE – The Armor Lite Series uses heavy-duty aluminized steel for a budget-friendly, high-performing system. MBRP’s fully sealed tubing helps prevent rust-through at the seams, and the system is built to the same specifications as Armor Plus. Backed by a 3-Year Warranty.
Built to Perform – These turbo-back systems can deliver up to 18 HP and 28 lb-ft of torque, giving your truck better pulling power and improved throttle response. Increased flow also helps keep EGTs down under load, making towing and heavy driving more efficient.
Minimize Backpressure – The fully mandrel-bent tubing and reduced-angle layout allow exhaust gases to exit fast and efficiently. Lower EGTs and reduced restriction set the stage for better performance and make these systems an ideal foundation for future upgrades like cold-air intakes or tuners.
