This kit comes complete with everything to install a high performing, high flowing S471 charger square in the center of the engine, just like a 2nd Gen Cummins, to equalize cylinder distribution for maximum performance.
The factory turbo found on the 03-07 Cummins is capable of supporting sub-450 horsepower levels. Above this point, it is being oversped that will result in failure, as well as the fact it simply cannot supply enough air to support horsepower levels above this point.
