BDS Suspension 6" Radius Arm System 20-22 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke F250/350 4WD

These 6" systems upgrade the factory stamped steel radius arms to high strength tubular radius arms allowing for caster control and superior strength. A forged drop pitman arm and heavy duty track bar relocation bracket are supplied to correct steering angles and recenter the front axle. Also supplied for the front are bump stop extensions to limit suspension compression, sway bar drop brackets to correct the sway bar positioning, and brake line relocation brackets. Additionally a high clearance transmission crossmember is supplied.

At 6" of lift, driveline adjustments are necessary so a precision built transfer case indexing ring is supplied to improve front driveline operating angle. In the rear of these 6" lift systems BDS offers the your choice of replacement rear lift blocks or replacement GlideRide leaf springs. Either option will level out the stance, the spring replacement has the added benefits of an integrated overload leaf for additional load capacity. Additionally high strength black e-coated u-bolts are supplied. Take your Super Duty to the next level with BDS Suspension.

Coil Spring Front End Configuration

Full length 6" ProRide diesel only specific coil springs are used for the additional ride height paired with your choice of BDS NX2 series gas shocks or FOX 2.0 IFP performance gas shocks for a smooth ride on any terrain.

  • BDS NX2 Series - BDS NX2 series gas shocks offer impressive performance on and offroad. They use a nitrogen charged, twin tube design with 10-stage velocity sensitive valving for lightning fast dampening and superior control. This results in: increased stability for improved handling, longer front end and tire life, less nose dive on severe braking, less squat on hard acceleration, smoother ride control without harshness.
  • Fox 2.0 Series - Fox 2.0 performance series shocks have been tuned and tested by both Fox and BDS Suspension to maximize performance specific to each application and to every BDS Suspension system. The basic shock design is based on proven Fox Racing Shox race products, but re-designed to maximize the ride quality, handling, and control of your BDS equipped truck or jeep, whether on or off the road.

Coilover Front End Configuration

This systems take performance to the next level with FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers. The coilovers are pre-tuned for optimal performance and are available with optional DSC adjustment. These bolt into place using the supplied mounting brackets and pair with a set of FOX 2.0 performance series gas shocks.

  • Fox 2.5 Series Coil-Overs - These shocks are built on the foundation of the Fox Factory Series 2.5 Remote Coil-over and have been designed to work with BDS lift systems. The coil-overs come preloaded with Eibach coil springs and are adjusted to achieve the proper ride height right out of the box.
  • Fox 2.5 Series With DSC Adjusters - These coil-overs are built on the foundation of the Fox Factory Series 2.5 Remote Coil-over with Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters and have been designed to work with BDS lift systems. The coil-overs come preloaded with Eibach coil springs and specifically tuned valving, and are adjusted to achieve the proper ride height right out of the box. These coil-over kits come boxed as a pair with remote reservoir mounting brackets, DSC adjusters and all of the necessary hardware. The Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjuster provides added control and comfort tuning for on-road use while also offering more aggressive damping for use off-road. The adjuster allows for precise suspension tuning with the simple twist of two clearly defined knobs: No tools and no mess, just a way to easily fine-tune your suspension to best suit your needs in any conditions. The DSC increases both low and high-speed compression levels up to 25%, allowing you to maximize small bump compliance and traction while still having the extra damping required for big hits.

Front Adjustable HD Track Bar

These new track bars are a massive upgrade to the factory unit, constructed from 1-3/8" solid steel stock reinforced with gusseted ends to handle whatever on-road and off-road abuse you can through at it. Adjustments are made at the 1-3/8"-12 fine threaded center turnbuckle with pinchbolt ends to allow easy tuning to properly recenter the front axle for a range of lift heights. The track bar is formed for proper clearance around critical front end components and is designed to easy installation without the need to clearance the factory frame and axle mounts. Both ends use high-durometer polyurethane bushings with thick-walled steel sleeves for strength and reliability. Parts come with a high quality textured black powdercoat finish for a great look and excellent corrosion resistance. The are designed for use on 0-4" of lift without a drop bracket and can be used in combination with most aftermarket track bar brackets to be used on taller lift heights.

Carrier Bearing Drop Kit

These shims are designed to improve rear driveline angle on trucks equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft to eliminate any potential driveline vibrations. Not needed on trucks equipped with a 1-piece rear driveshaft.

Rear Driveshaft Spacer Kit

When lifting the Ford Super Duty 6" or more, it may be necessary to extend the rear driveshaft to ensure adequete spline engagement at full droop of the suspension. While one option is to have a custom extended length driveshaft built, BDS Suspension is now offering a more affordable solution with their new high strength rear driveshaft spacer. Built from T6061 billet aluminum and CNC machined for a precision fit, this rear driveshaft spacer mounts between the driveshaft and rear axle providing the necessary driveshaft spline engagement. Longer hardware and thread locker are also supplied supplied complete the simple install.
