This ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5” suspension system is a great way to lift your 4WD 2023-2024 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty while drastically improving ride quality and performance and allowing fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. This Stage 8 system is perfect for on-road and towing use, as well as job site duty washboard gravel roads, and more aggressive off-road use.
ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Series shocks are designed and built to give your vehicle outstanding performance off-road and a smooth ride on the street. These shocks are configured specifically for each application in both length and damping tune. Like all ICON'S Shock Absorbers, 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable. For piggyback and specific remote reservoir applications, ICON'S unique use of a 6061 billet aluminum manifold a few inches below the top cap of the shock creates an internal Bump Zone that when used creates an additional 20% of damping force. This additional force helps prevent harsh bottom outs and controls the suspension when compressing at high velocity. The ICON CDC Valve is an externally adjustable valve that restricts oil flow into the reservoir which creates 10 levels of compression damping force ranges.

The fabricated track bar drop bracket allows the axle to be properly centered under the frame and reduces road feedback throughout the steering system with improved on- and off-road manners thanks to the elimination of bump steer. ICON Vehicle Dynamics is extremely proud to introduce the all-new Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) powered by ICON Intelligent Control (IIC). The combination of IIC and CDEV allow for automatic, instantaneous adjustments to the shock’s damping to provide the absolute best setting for any given situation.
CDEV is an electronically controlled valve that meters the flow of oil to regulate the amount of damping force that is created by the shock when compressed. This infinitely variable valve can react in less than 40ms and has the ability to make extremely precise adjustments for varying terrain. CDEV’s hydraulic circuits are also custom tailored per application to create the highest resolution and dynamic range allowable for each specific vehicle.
ICON Intelligent Control is the computer that monitors, analyzes, and processes data in real- time. Information from the on-board G-force sensor and Gyroscope perform calculations based on algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and wheel position. IIC has the capability to collect information at over 1000 times per second, process the data and make adjustments, then deliver those changes to CDEV in under 40 milliseconds. IIC also works as a data driver to connect the user to ICON’s proprietary mobile App interface for monitoring and adjusting shock settings.
The IIC App brings all of this technology together by offering a user-friendly interface to monitor, record, and adjust the system’s performance via Bluetooth connection. Users can easily alter the shocks’ baseline settings for firmness, as well as adjust the sensitivity of vertical “G-Boost” and lateral “Corner Boost” with a few simple taps from their favorite iOS device. The App includes several pre-configured ‘Drive Modes’ (Normal, Desert, and Haul) but also offers the ability for users to create an unlimited number of unique presets using their own custom settings. TRACK BAR BUMP STEER BRACKET KIT
This bracket features a 2-position cam that will optimize the track bar geometry for both 2.5” and 4.5” lifts. This component has been designed to work with both a factory track bar as well as an ICON Vehicle Dynamics adjustable unit, and will allow for the axle to be properly centered under the frame with either. FRONT UPPER LINKS
These upper links are an essential component of the ICON 2023-2024 Ford Super Duty 4-Link Conversion System. This 4-Link system not only gives your Ford Super Duty an aggressive look, it enhances the articulation of the front suspension by eliminating bushing bind and improves handling of the truck by maintaining consistent caster angles through the entirety of the front suspension travel range. The large, deflective radius arm bushings are replaced with competition grade, PTFE lined spherical bearings in each link. This harder surface minimizes deflection to further increase the overall handling characteristics for maximum predictability and suspension responsiveness. Additionally, the ICON double adjusters in the lower links allows tuning of caster angle while the links are installed on the vehicle, easing the front-end alignment process.

ADJUSTABLE TRACK BAR KIT
The ICON Adjustable Track Bar helps center the axle of your lifted Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty and allow for increased suspension travel and articulation. A massive FK Rod End at one end, along with greaseable and replaceable OE style ball joint at the other end yields the best combination of maximum travel and articulation while also removing bushing deflection for improved handling characteristics. ICON’s exclusive rod end Double Adjuster Sleeve allows for fast, easy “on-vehicle” adjustment of track bar length without requiring removal or disassembly of the track bar. This allows for easy correction of axle location and dialing in precise tracking whenever adjustments are made to ride height. 2.5 PIGGYBACK CENTERLINE STABILIZER KIT
The ICON Centerline Steering Stabilizer features a through-shaft design to eliminate the push/pull sensation associated with traditional steering stabilizers, resulting in more consistent damping and symmetrical steering feel throughout the input range. The large 2.5-inch diameter stabilizer body and piggyback reservoir increases fluid volume to prevent performance fade due to heat and cavitation. This unit provides a significant increase in steering damping compared to the stock equipment, for an improved driving experience with both stock size and oversize aftermarket wheels and tires. The kit also allows for increased steering travel compared to other aftermarket steering stabilizers. The stabilizer body shares components with ICON's proven 2.5 Series shock absorbers, meaning the unit is fully rebuildable. 2.5 Series features a 6061 hard anodized aluminum shock body for excellent corrosion resistance and a beefy 7/8” chrome plated induction-hardened steel shaft. 5" BLOCK KIT
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 5” Rear Block Kit features a square, non-tapered block design to provide easy rear lift to a Ford Super Duty pickup. These heavy-duty blocks are fabricated from CNC laser cut and brake-formed steel plate and heavy duty .250” wall square tubing to endure the stresses of heavy towing/hauling duty as well as aggressive off-road use. Their reinforced bump stop tang provides proper bump stop engagement and limits compression travel to prevent damage to the rear shocks and shock mounts at full bottom out.

REAR 15" U-BOLT KIT
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 15” U-bolt kit consists of high-quality grade 8 U-bolts to ensure that the leaf springs stay properly secured to the rear axle. 4WD 4.5" FRONT AND REAR 2.5 VS RR / PB
ICON’s 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are designed and built to give your vehicle outstanding performance off-road and a smooth ride on the street. With a truly vehicle-specific design, these shocks are configured specifically for each application in both length and damping tune. Featuring one-piece impact extruded aluminum cylinders, these 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks offer lighter weight, improved corrosion resistance, and a more uniform finish than traditional plated steel cylinders. Like all ICON shock absorbers, these 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable. Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. ICON’s unique use of a 6061 billet aluminum manifold a few inches below the top cap of the shock creates an internal “Bump Zone” that when used creates an additional 20% of damping force. This additional force helps prevent harsh bottom-out conditions and controls the suspension effectively when compressing at high velocity.
