BDS Suspension 6" Lift Kit 99-04 Ford F-250/F-350 SuperDuty 4WD

How about a stance that really lets you see the entire road and a performance upgrade to match? BDS Performance's 6" Lift Kit is a great way to get you ready for those BIG 36" tires as well as a height that really shows off your truck to the rest of the neighborhood. In the front this lift kit uses diesel specific glide-ride leaf springs, forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar links, bump stop brackets and precision tuned NX2 or FOX nitrogen charged shocks. In the rear, choose your rear lift option between a block kit (with or without Overload) or a leaf spring so you can have a suspension that matches your needs at every level.
GLIDE-RIDE LEAF SPRINGS
Built to outperform, this kit comes with the Glide-Ride leaf springs into a multi-leaf progressive spring rate design that provides a smooth ride with any load. This is accomplished with an exclusive triple-stage leaf spring design. Upgrading to Glide-Ride leaf springs will provide flexibility throughout the suspension cycle.
STEERING CORRECTION
To optimize steering geometry once lifted, a forged drop pitman arm is used to minimize the steering angle and pair it with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to keep them in phase through suspension travel while re-centering the front axle.
FRONT U-BOLT TYPE
These vehicles were manufactured with either square front U-Bolts or radiused front U-bolts. Typically, 1999-2000 are square and 2001-2004 are radiused, but that is not always the case. The radiused U-bolts aren't square or round, but rather have a gentle radius that matches a cast factory upper U-bolt plate on top of the factory spring. Vehicles manufactured prior to 2-28-99 require yet another different box kit due to a change in the factory track bar. Please make the appropriate selection for your particular vehicle.
CARRIER BEARING DROP KIT
A 2-piece rear drive shaft will require some extra work as the geometry of your drive system will now have some added stress. We recommend adding this carrier bearing drop to avoid any potential driveline vibration with the added lift height.
