Finally a complete bolt-on system that utilizes the International cast iron water pump, modified to fit the 7.3L Powerstroke. Fits all 1999 -2003 7.3L engines.
This kit comes complete for a super-clean install! Includes:
This kit is offered with a dual alternator coolant hose as an add-on to overcome the poor design of the stock coolant hose going through the serpentine belt, but this pump will not fit onto a dual alternator setup. The second alternator is physically in the way. If your truck's uses do not require the second alternator, it is possible to remove the second alternator and install this water pump. You would also have to install the proper belt.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
This kit comes complete for a super-clean install! Includes:
- 203 degree thermostat
- Milling machine work done to pump for a perfect fit
- Custom lifetime silicon lower radiator hose
- All plumbing hardware for conversion
- 3 Baldwin 5134 coolant filters
- High quality bolts for installation
- Will not work on Dual Alternator Trucks
